health pathways seems to have been discontinued - is it now clinician assist? is that as good? i cant really navigate it well but dont know if because im still in the uk and its being weird!

It is now clinician assist which is the same thing but you have to now register for it. It's still free mind you

The Diamox query I'm surprised you never got in the UK, I get that a lot but unfortunately it can only be issued privately, at least in my region 😄

NICE guidelines no - unless you use a VPN :) they are only for use in the UK.

Medicines complete i.e. the bnf I have still been able to access, but the dosages and indications here interestingly enough are different so I phased that one out and mainly use the MIMS that is included in the clinical system we have.

Good point! Dermnet is great and we used to use it in the UK as well.
