முறை:
1. இன்று வெந்தயம் வாட்டர் செய்வது எப்படி என்று பார்க்கலாம். இது மிகவும் ஆரோக்கியமான பானம் மற்றும் நோய் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தியை அதிகரிக்கும். மிகக் குறைவான பொருட்களைக் கொண்டு தயாரிப்பது மிகவும் எளிதானது, எனவே பொருட்களை விரைவாகச் சரிபார்த்து தொடங்கலாம்.
