i was on this ship from july 19th to july 26th with almost my whole family and we had a blast! i loved roaming around the ship with so much to explore! Also if you cruised on the same date and saw a whole group of people wearing white shirts with blue readings on it, that was us on the first day boarding

I didn’t realize family shirts were such a big thing on cruises! I saw so many clever ones, reminded me of Disney.

I was impressed. What was your favorite thing about this ship? I liked the activities and accessibility to food / snacks (the free ice cream and chip / salsa) without having to go up to the Windjammer.

How was the sailing? When did you travel?Im thinking of taking this cruise October 13th. I am concerned about rough seas because its hurricane season.

My sailing was July 5th - July 12th. Sailing was perfect, not once did we "feel" any rocking or anything. During one of the captain's announcements, he did mention one of the nights the ship went through 70 mile per hour winds but we hadnt felt a thing. I've cruised during hurricane season on Princess and Norweigan during November and I did "feel" a little rough seas. I'm not sure if its because Symphony of The Seas is such a bigger ship that perhaps you just dont feel the movement as much. I would probably still feel comfortable to sail on this ship again even during "hurricane" season.

I would say to make a reservation for any show that you think you may want to see. Even if you can’t get the exact time frame, just get something because they typically will release more time slots / availability once you are on board.
