Id say the best build for ito is ito + swordsman + Fishman, my reasoning behind it is that all of ito's attacks scale off weapon damage, and all of Fishman proyectiles also do the same, while also getting the melee capacity of swordsman

try using cyborg's cola overdrive, it gives you strength 3, speed 3, and resistance 4, making you basically unkillable, fast, and strong. Very good with ope cause you cant be killed and also get faster and do more damage, and the strength increases the damage of gamma knife now which is really good.

Zushi Zushi no mi + Human or Fishman+ Sniper this is my personal go to, using Abare Himatsuri for quick movement in the sky while using Sniper abilities is broken , paired with geppo even better. If your on cool down and the enemies get to close Jingoku Tabi would definitely finish the job
