I am fit to do housework, do my shopping. Meet friends for tea and chats. Had my hair styled I tried to keep my hopes up, I have will to live and I am very positive.for the future. However, at times I feel irritable, and worried and fatigued especially after chemo treatment. And have have to reflect to to add stress to my son who lives with me and he is also worried about my Cancer. I am also going through a divorce for and year and a half and don't have emotional support from my husband. I live in the UK and my family lives in Brazil. I get concerned because I am.self employed and can't work at the moment. I am paying for my divorce and also have my 22 year old son with OCD, and attending University. I am having counseling session every two weeks it helps. I am an aromatherapist , I do use lavender and chamomile oils for relaxation and to deal with anxiety. I was diagnosed March 2023, I am very grateful for my doctors and nurses and for NHS UK, for the treatment is offered free under the national health. I found your video very interesting you covered all the important aspects that affect Myeloma patients emotionally.
