@@AndreiJikh Well, I'm not having any luck with affiliate links! I'm thinking of real estate, buying a duplex or two on a lot and living in one and renting the other for 2020. Property is expensive where I live, so difficult to find any sort of deal or place that would work for that where I also want to live and am limited (by choice) by staying in the school district my kids are in. I would really love to make income from writing --trying to figure out where to start and how to make that happen (besides blogging). I get you on the anxiety, this has kept me from writing for dollars for too many years.

Thanks Geo, trust me when I say 21 is too early to think that way. I'm 30, and I think that way too, it's not healthy... just go at your own pace. We all have different upbringings and advantages so I try not to feel down if someone else is doing better than me, I've had my own unique struggles and challenges, just like you I'm sure 👌
