I think the best strategy of trading is to stick to 1 time frame of your choice base on the type of trader you are, and following the principles of trading or market structure on it and have time to monitor your trades don't back your trades, for if you don't have time don't enter the market. Because switching from time frame to time frame is what is killing people most cases they are contradicting. And always remember you don't have control over the market movement.
