Just upgraded to 40s on my JLUR. This means I had to either spend $700 to $900 on very low profile rear bumper or a tire carrier to fit a spare 40. I opted for an Artec spare tire delete plate.

What’s your plan if you get a flat? Not judging - I’m thinking of doing a delete as well. Genuinely curious.

@Broseph4245 I did buy a matching spare, and I just put it on the back when I go wheeling, sometimes not all the time because I also carry a glue tread repair kit. When I have the hardtop off I ratchet strap the spare to the rear crossbars and it looks badass. I did notice shaving over 300lbs off the back (hard top plus 40) definitely helps going up obstacles.
