I visited Budapest once in 2001 I believe it was. I loved that city and its cultural heritage and the bath house with even radioactive ☢️ swimming pool 😅

I am going to flout the law, come to Budapest, and NOT go to the New York Cafe! Why? Because as an American (all my life), I refuse to visit NYC - the real one -ever!. Also, I suspect that your jails are very luxurious, so I will get a free residence that is far more desirable than what New Yorkers pay for a closet apartment in NYC. So as long as they let me out for exercise once in a while, this would be about how my life is in the U.S. already.
