Uhm... A cat doesn't need a bowl full of food if you feed it portions. This is enough food for 1 portion. The feeding recommendation for a cat of 4kg (average healthy weight for standard cat) is 50-60g of food per day, for example.

To be fair, I feel most of those rules would have been followed on accident. It's once you are explicitly told to follow them or suffer consequences... well most folks then are very tempted to not follow the rules, since we do love learning things and would be curious to know what the consequence would be even if we really just want to follow the rules.

One of the most underrated films by Crypt, in my opinion. No gore, no violence at all, no disturbing images(except one, when she’s asleep in the living room), no jump scares, and yet still manages to instill a creeping anxiety and ambiguity of the entire situation.

Here’s my theory The house is alive hold up let me explain: I think the lady/the voice was some type of witch and wanted to be immortal or something like that so she did an incantation and it goes wrong and she and her cat’s souls get trapped in the house hence she said take care of my “soul” but I’m not done. She has to have some type of nourishment so she uses a phone that is part of the house to call people to take care of the house. She makes the rules to eventually lead them into the forbidden room where she takes the victim somehow some. Some will follow the rules and she deems those people worthy to live this also explains why she can only hear the cat and not see it. Thank u for reading have a great day👌👌👌

House Keeping 101, it's wise to follow the rules that the house owner provided if she or he isn't presented. Hard to tell the intention of the writer of the script. I don't think the place is alive. I believe the woman is using human nature to supply herself with supper. I think the homeowner knows what things the person going to take care of her house is addicted to. I think the homeowner changes the rules according to the things the caretaker is addicted to doing. For instance, if you have a habit of switching the lights off before going to sleep, she'll tell you NOT to switch off the lights before going to sleep.

This is great! This story also highly reminded me of an old French story: It was about a woman who married a pirate called Blue Beard. Blue Beard had lots of wives before, but they all mysteriously disappeared. He was a rich old folk and he had a huge mansion. One day, he told his wife that he had to go for awhile and that the mansion was now in her hands. She could do whatever she wanted EXCEPT ONE RULE: Never open the door that was down the "basement stairs". The wife swore she wouldn't go down there and so, Blue Beard gave her all the keys and left. The wife had a huge party and she went in all the rooms of the masion EXCEPT the down the "basement" room. At last, when the party was over and that she resisted the temptation of going down in the basement, curiosity won over her and she finally went down there. What she saw there horrified her: in the room were the hanging the bodies of all of Blue Beard's ex wives. She was so horrified she dropped the key to open the basement door and blood when on the key. The wife tried to clean the bloof off the key, but unfortunately enough, it was a magic that would switch the blood on the other side of the key everytime she tried to clean it on one side. Long story short, Blue Beard came home early and found out about what she did because of the blood on they key, she tried to make excuses, it didn't work, since she broke the one rule, she was going to be killed too, but before Blue Beard can kill his wife, the wife's cousins come to save the day and they brutally murder Blue Beard by stabbing him in the heart with a sword. The wife is safe now, she is rich and for some reason she gets remarried. The end. These stories go to show you that curiosity kills.

My theory is that the thing in the door at the end of the hallway is Edgar, the "cat". I think it could be more than a cat, like some sort of monster that has a problem with noise and all the rules are things it doesn't like. Even if it is a cat, maybe it has some deformity or something to where it's much smarter than humans or something. Maybe its the homeowner hmm. That's my theory anyways. What do you think? ;)

I believe that was deliberately done. Michael is close enough to Michaela/Mikayla, but this is I think meant to make the audience aware, that this has happened before. Same letter. Same rules. 6:55 I would follow the rules. I, unlike everyone else that woman had house-sit, am a strict rule-follower. I once dog-sat for my friend at her apartment for the day. She said that if I wanted, I could raid her fridge, play her Xbox and use her laptop. I just sat on her couch and read my book for the whole day. I only got up to take her dog for a walk. This was a close family friend and one of the coolest people I know, but I didn't feel comfortable reaping her home. I like to believe I am respectful and I am good to someone's home (or soal, depending on the person, or house). I honestly can't understand why the girl in the video has such blatant disrespect for someone's home and property. I feel bad for the creepy woman. She was so cool, even making up a bed and saying the girl could have some of her (rather expensive-looking) wine and giving her the WiFi password. I would really like for the homeowner to hire someone who learned to follow set rules and be respectful. Good video!

I tend to agree, good theory. Or it could be that the 'house' (or the demon who owns it) chooses specific types of people to watch it.....young people and/or 20-somethings who hate specific rules.
