Wishbone looks super stressed. The way he quickly looks around, licks his lips, opens his eyes very wide.... He doesn't know whats going on. Like around 3:39 he sees the conflict and reacts to it. That's why he's being aggressive, he doesnt know how else to react. Maybe keeps him on the floor more and only bring him on the couch when you guys are relaxing? He's a super cute dog but aggressive dogs are not happy dogs.
