Friend I have a qeustion is it posible to sustitute each segment by a led strip to make it giant? for example remove display from a sleep timer and replace by led strips to make an giant clock?

You connected it without a current limiting resistor. Now, the display is already broken. This is not the way to show us how to do it properly.

I used a similar code that merged with another and added some of me. It works well for 4 digits, but there is a serious problem that confuses me. Using FOR, IF and DELAY causes only one number to be seen and I don't understand why. If I use a delay with a low value and x = x + 1, the counter rotates quickly and I see all 4 numbers, but the last one is bright and the others are quite dim. If you increase the fun 1, 2 and 3 numbers quickly become so weak that they are not visible. I used an array plus digitalWrite, PORTD and DDRB to write a number. I'm completely new to Arduino and I don't understand why I'm having this problem. My code is quite short and does not require any libraries (I did not add any resistor, but the screen works and the arduino doesn't overheat ). Without a cycle, all 4 digits are clearly visible.
