Youre so right. I'm just learning to do practices, which are grounding me more, it really helps to get from a fantasy of a life to a purposeful life. Im struggling sometimes because I thought I had to decide between these too, but the balance in everyday life is the the solution👍🏼😊.

Thanks for your comment, Jasmin! Yes, even just taking a few moments each day to ground yourself in your body and in your senses can be really beneficial. And when your Sensing side is healthy, your Intuitive side is even more powerful than ever! You need both to operate in a symbiotic, nurturing way :)

I went AWOL once. It was wonderful. No one around to argue with. Then the monsters of the id set in. Not a healthy place to be in.

I am on the edge...trying to balance things. So true about focusing on just one thing and shutting out all other elements of reality! LOL! However, I feel that, in order, to accomplish something worthwhile, a little sacrifice is necessary! LOL!

Literally just blew all my money on a last minute trip to Cancun and now I feel like I need another week to decompress from being around people all day for an entire week 😂

It does feel that way sometimes! And it's absolutely healthy for small doses; just don't cut out the outside world entirely :) There are good people out there, but it can take some work to find the people who click with you! Maybe join a book club or a class about something that interests you?

Please do your viewers a favor by never using an acronym without first defining it! I have no idea what an INFJ person is! After 5 minutes I gave up on your video because I could not follow the point of it. No matter how common or intuitive the acronym is to you, always define it. Thanks!

Thanks for the input! Most of my audience comes to my videos because they're specifically looking up the type codes (INFJ, or ENFP, etc,.) and so they already have a knowledge of those. I guess I didn't imagine people clicking on the video who didn't know what the types were to begin with. But it's a good suggestion and I'll try to introduce the basics at the beginning of further videos!

@@PsychologyJunkieThanks for your reply, but you still didn't tell me what INFJ means.

INFJ stands for Introvert, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging. It's one of the 16 Myers-Briggs personality types. You can read about them in my article here if you're interested: www.psychologyjunkie.com/what-it-means-to-be-an-infj-personality-type/@@FredHarvey-wp2qy
