1)looking at the person you were a year ago or before. Stop and do that you'll see the difference. When you do that you'll know you do better. How do I look physically? 2) you overcame tough times. You're stronger than you think you are. 3) you have goals and you are working hard. Always make realistic goals and work towards them. 4) one or two close friends bonus one is 3. If you have a lot of close friends in your life you're not serious. How's it possible to have many people in your life that know your private life? 5) if you seek peace rather than pleasure. That means you're growing, managing your emotions you're doing well. Stabilize your life. Piece over everything. Even if you don't have anything on this list, you're doing well in life. 6) learn from your mistake. 7) mentality of everything will be alright. Speak goodness into your life. Tell yourself you will make it. Tell yourself you're on the right path. If you have this mentality already you're rich. Thanks sweet sis for this great reminder. You're the best!

I don't know how I missed this video when it was posted, but there was a purpose for that. This video has found me at a weirdest trying times of my life. I am doing my teaching practice and it was/is hard. Lucy this video is truly SO impactful. 😭 I literally just cried watching this because it made me realize just how far I’ve actually come.
