Take it easy your body is intergrading the energies. Please believe me when I say drink tons of water. And if possible no meat eat from the planet only (fruits and vegetables) if possible. Also... Only because I believe this will be helpful for the collective perspective... These things may not be as impractical as many may consider. E = Mc2... ( Energy = Mass (Extra Blah) ). If any energy is not harnessed correctly it can be considered destructive... Most of us are stuck in negative loop, feedback cycles... New physics (Quantum continuum research (Not an official term as far as i know)) is better... But there are so many possibilities... When one person begins a model in a quantum state it could be possible that their unconsciously projecting on to the foundation & trajectory of the research... Doctor Scientist like Mr Gregg Braden & Joe Dispenza touch on these concepts... a Lot.... There are just so many possibilities. There is a group who call themselves Sirians that come through in some channeled messages... They take an approach exactly as what you are describing. They don't help us more simply because they don't want to. Humanity is too "low vibe" for them. They can't take it, so Live and let Live. They say they just help when they can. If people don't listen, then they just don't listen. But you can never listen if you don't know how to listen, or are not opening to listening. They are part of the collective. They don't want to help us sometimes, and we Love Them anyway because they are giving us the freedom to hate. That is why I am choosing Love. Love is understanding, understanding is Love. I am just trying to understand everything better... . 🙏. Also, the Pleiadians claim they want to help, but something went wrong (they f'ed up something by accident) and they are really trying for us now... I'm just saying this because these things are in some of the stories/messages being told... Do Not Assume Aliens are smarter than You. Do Not Assume You know something Before You Know it. I don't think as an individual I'd want to grow with a collective or demographic cultural origin (if that even makes sense, sound like npc upgrades), it's not out of selfishness, envy, or hate...I opine your triumph over misfortunes and personal hard work should first benefit the individual self, then perhaps you can be of service to others, but I do acknowleged symbiotic growth, but shun energy paratism.

Collective conciousness 2 me means global-society-centric-endevors. Combining conciousness worldwide means reconnecting conciousness and make it one. This means uniting all people. If I'm rich because someone else is poor, I'm poor. Imagine what humanity can achieve when we take care of one another before greed. Greedyness is only good when used in the betterment of one another. I feel the same for any individual I don't believe for example that Russians are bad, or that Chinees are bad or that Jewish people are bad or that Muslims are bad. We are all the same and we can all be good or bad. We take care of eachother from the perspectives given to us. Modern slavery is real. Power and greed will fail. The golden rule enhances everything spirituality means. "When your the judge of someone else, you disregard someone struggle that made then who they are." 🙏🫶
