7 Signs You Are Having a Spiritual Awakening (you are not crazy)

If you're watching this video, the chances are very high that you are going through a spiritual awakening and you might have some questions. You might be thinking, am I going through a spiritual awakening or am I just crazy? And maybe you just want a little bit more confirmation of if this is what you're actually going through. My name is Amy, and this is seven signs that you are going through a spiritual awakening.
And the first sign that you are going for a spiritual awakening is that you are becoming more and more interested in learning about spirituality. Maybe you are becoming more interested in learning about the truths, the truths of the universe. Maybe you want to know more about psychic abilities, psychic phenomena, altered states of consciousness, dream time, the subconscious, the collective consciousness.
Maybe things like telepathic communication have been popping into your sphere of consciousness. Maybe you are becoming more and more interested in reading about other people's experiences in spirituality or near-death experiences, and pretty much anything that has to do with the spirit realm and other dimensions of reality. The second sign that you are going through a spiritual awakening is that you are sensing that you are not just your physical body.
You are realizing or becoming aware that you exist way beyond your physical body, and you maybe have the feeling, or maybe you are entertaining ideas that you are existing in other realms, and that you have a soul and a spirit that has came through, that has come through into this physical reality to experience life as a human being.
So, number three, that you are going through a spiritual awakening is that you are starting to notice, and you have been feeling a connection to all things on this planet or beyond this planet, the universe. You are noticing and becoming aware of the connection that we all have as human beings on this earth. And you are noticing that there is something that keeps us all connected and you are questioning all we separate or all we really are all connected.
And you are also feeling a connection to animals and other forms of life on this planet. Maybe you are even feeling a deeper connection with the elements on this planet. The element of water, fire, earth and air. You might have a sense that you are never really alone, and that when you are in a room on your own, you are able to connect with a higher dimension of yourself.
Son number four that you are going through a spiritual awakening is that you are noticing that the systems and the society structures that we are living through on Earth are not set up for your highest potential spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally. You're starting to notice that maybe things aren't quite right. Your mind you might be questioning, is this really all there is?
Is this really what I came to this earth to do? To get a job? Working 9 to 5, literally work my life away, doing something that I'm not really that passionate about. You might be starting to question these things and really ask yourself, do I want to conform? Is this actually something that I feel in my being is right for me?
And you might be questioning the lifestyle and the and society's way of living and the normal ways of living. And you might start to you might be starting to ask yourself whether this is something that you really want to conform to, or is it that you want to create new ways of being and new ways of life? Son number six that you are spiritually awakening is that you are becoming more and more interested in taking care of your body and maybe you are becoming more conscious of the things that you are eating, where your food comes from, what the quality of your food is.
Maybe you are becoming questioning whether you should be eating meat or whether you want to eat meat. You might be questioning the way that you were living before and thinking about bringing about new ways of treating yourself. Son number seven, you are having a spiritual awakening is that you want a career that serves your highest potential, your highest good, and allows you to have your unique expression on this planet that allows you to really come here to do what you came here to do, and that nourishes your being and the people around you.
You want a career that not only serves your highest good, but the highest good of others and future generations and the planet, because you understand that your contribution to this planet is going to ripple out and affect every other life form on this planet, is starting to open up to maybe the idea that it's not just about you, it's actually a lot bigger.
Sign number seven that you are having a spiritual awakening is that you feel like you don't quite fit in.

I am definitely going through a spiritual awakening. I'm connecting more to nature, including insects. I am experiencing many of your points. I love it. I don't know anyone else who is going through this. I wish I did.

I joined local groups like Stand in the Park and have started a local group for people with health concerns and general concerns about the world today.. most in the group are on a spiritual journey. If you reach out you will find others 💛

@@marilynhoward4561 Hey Love... the way that I have been able to connect with other people that are interested in spirituality is by not hiding the fact that this is what I am into! The more I share my personal interests and express myself from a place of love, the more people I attract that want to do the same. If you are looking for more practical advice I would say... Go to places that there are going to be spiritual people! This could be classes, events etc. Where ever you are feeling to go! Another thing I would say is to dig deeper and be so present with the people that are already in your life.... maybe some of them are already on this path or opening up to it and you could be a catalyst for their own awakening :) This has inspired me to make a video on this topic so stay tuned for that ❤

Interest in Spirituality . Feeling your more than a physical body Connection to all living things in the Universe Systems are collapsing and do not support Spiritual growth. Is this all there is? Becoming more conscious of health and questioning how you live. Desire work/career aligned with higher purpose You don’t fit in to societal norms. You are waking up between 2 to 5 am . You begin to connect to guidance and/or higher self. You receive validation and support from guides/angels You have difficulty connecting to former family and friends . No one understands you. You are alone , your inner self needs solitude

I have to make it very clear that I'm NOT anti-religious or anti-spiritual, I have studied the subject for 45 years (I studied many spiritual teachers in the 80s, including Jiddu Krishnamurti who I was fortunate to meet in 1981). If we don't understand ourselves deeply then Spirituality will become another blind faith belief system. If we don't understand ourselves deeply, our egotistical tendencies, conditioning of background, experience, motives etc...that will influence our thinking and actions - then we'll delude ourselves for certain. First let's put our house in order - first. Let us Understand that we have been born into a world where everyone is unconsciously egotistical (including us), conditioned by background, nationality, and ideology. Are we using the term "spiritual" as an escape from our self-centred painful lives? If we realise that this maybe the case then we can then proceed to explore spirituality in a state of psychological freedom and clarity. Without doing the groundwork on ourselves first it becomes another escape and cementing further egotism.

I also feel extremely confused, like asking myself "what do I do with this information?", I think the adjustment of this way of life can be hard too, many things change, etc

Hey love! Thank you for your comment. I definitely think that looking and feeling more youthful is a sign of spiritual awakening. There are so many ways that we can prevent aging and becoming conscious of how we treat our selves physically spiritually, mentally and emotionally has a big part to play in this. Have a great day 🥰
