Hm. I'd be blessed to be able to do that to my hair by myself, lol. All I can do is wash it and that's a job in itself. If I attempt to detangle and stretch it my shoulder and elbows pay the price. I've tried styling but it never comes out neatly.

Take days to it. I wash one day detangle the next and style the next day. I can’t do it in all one day. It’s like a weekend thing for me. Keep trying it took me a while to get a hold of it

Try to finger detangle before washing it. Then detangle in after you deep condition that makes the whole process easier

I don’t have 4C hair and my hair is just below my shoulders. Do you have any suggestions on the best way to part my hair. I blow dry it because it would take too long to air dry it, I would have to go to bed with wet hair and risk my hair molding. I live in Illinois and it gets very cold during the winter and I would get a cold waiting on it to dry overnight. Thank for any advice on how to solve my problem.

Hi Leticia, I don't have specific products That I use, but I try to deep condition as often as possible, and I try to use moisturizing leave in conditioners as well, that also helps.

Hi Juliette, I try to put my hair in about 4-6 big braids after washing it, so it dries up in the braids. That keeps it stretched a bit before I style my hair
