My Mantra for Life - Don't Procrastinate. It steals away all peace, joy and comfort. If you do things then and there you feel accomplished, you don't have to remember to do it and you don't need to get tensed for doing it late or rather not doing it.

I began the habit of keeping a mindset journal during lockdown last year. Each morning i write down: how I slept, how I feel, the things in my life for which I’m grateful, three things to bring me joy this day…I leave a space for my evening reflection: three good moments from the day.

My goodness, you covered so much ground in this video, and every element makes perfect sense. One good thing to come out of Covid was being forced to slow down, reassess and prioritise what’s important in life. I really admire how you live with intention and simplicity. Thanks for sharing your video with those of us who are still working on that. 💚🌺

I love this!! It’s so true what you said about exercising. You gotta find what works for you and your body. And not feel “guilty” since a certain workout doesn’t work out for you. And yes, you’re right, consistency is the key to success!

I like decluttering. When I get anxious or overwhelmed, it's nice to review the physical stuff I've accumulated and evaluate if I still want it on my metaphorical back. Using a month-box is a good first step sometimes. Things you're not sure about go in the box and after a month you evaluate if you used them or wanted them or even remember whats in the box. There's no pressure to get rid of anything so its just a nice way to test ideas.

I have a job that, due to COVID, has kept me in my home office in a chair all day, reviewing products. It's grueling, to put it mildly. Everything you're discussing here makes perfect sense and either has helped (exercise, reduce screen time that has increased due to not having coworkers to chat with, clutter free environment (thanks for your help with that)) or will help in the future (I need to dial down the fast food and get a pet--houseplants don't cut it).

I drink a large glass of room temperature water right after waking up. Then I brush my teeth and clean my tongue. I usually won't consume anything else but water for a few hours after waking up. This helps me focus as I dont take in any sugars that would make me crave for more soon after. Sometimes I cheat and have a coffee with milk before heading out to work. Hi Sophie 😊 - 'Balancing what I want and what I need' I've been looking for an active wear brand that fits my needs and I look forward to checking out Organic Basics 😊 Thank you for creating and sharing your videos with the world, they truly bring joy and peace 🙏🏽 Every so often or perhaps for some it is more regular, we are required to adapt. The past 2 years have affected us all and subsequently impacted our lifestyle and habits. We needed to evaluate what actually serves us and evolve. This has been and can certainly be overwhelming however taking some time to explore through trial and error will allow us to find what really works for us. Creating the Discipline takes time and we are human so there will be times where we lose focus which is ok, self-awareness will help us out here, we can bring ourselves back to our path when we stray. Looking after ourselves in a way that truly serves us will lead to greater joy, fulfillment and happiness. Stay safe and well 💖👑

On my vision improvement 'journey' I learnt that the Psoas muscle is the root of my visual problems. When we lose our ability to produce inner balance everything starts to fall. I was reading that this muscle is strongly connected to diaphragm, the way we breathing can shift our inner balance. It's a very interesting topic to learn, ancient traditions used to talk a lot about it. The way we use our body to maintain our homeostasis, our inner balance by manipulating our inner ear liquid/crystals.

I started learning more about the metabolism and added rebounding (trampoline) to my exercise, I added juicing organic greens and intermittent fasting, lower carb intake (and carbs I do intake are healthier, like whole grains) and I've finally started seeing a noticeable difference, especially in my clothes and energy levels. Another great video my dear❤️ It’s a real treat to watch your videos, so relaxing and inspiring! Meal prep is a big one for me along with yoga and meditation. I also consider playing with my dog a habit beneficial to my mental and physical health:))
