If you add new music to Serato to a crate, say you have a New Releases crate. Will those songs also go into the smart crate you setup for genre, bpm range?

How do you move specifically the "UNPLAYED" tracks to hard drive?

Wow this is really impressive, I have my crates organized because I picked up the MLT smart crates from you and it put everything in their rightful places. I did have to divide the Latin to Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Vallenato, Reggaeton, etc and it worked so well! Now I just have to get the warm ups, Main music, Start off bpm situated and now the kicker of what I’ve played and what I haven’t played. I work a lot in Rekordbox but I have Serato Suite which I’m starting to get used to. Thank God I don’t have any gigs for the next week or two so I can get organized. Thanks for the video Cee B!!!

Ive just started using serato dj pro dvs on my laptop and im using a usb plugged in the side and im using tracks straight from the usb and tracks get analysed when i choose a track instead of putting all the music on my laptop and analysing all the music at once . What is the best way ? Im thinking the usb way will be easier on the laptop not using up memory or is it better to have all the tracks on the laptop without using the usb ? Im new to this way of djing please help 🙏

Do you know if tracks can be in multiple smart crates? Does that cause any issues? i.e. I'll have Michael Jackson 'Thriller' in dance/pop and also in a smart crate called 'halloween'? I'm just wondering if Serato plays nice with songs in multiple 'Smart Crates'. That said, I'm using all of your tools and videos to clean up my library. I'd love to be able to use your duplicate script.

Question lets use the remixer column you have i want a smart crate showing orange, yellow, green showing up in the same smart crate how do i achieve that. Reason why is i have rotation smart crate only showing 2023 songs each song has a color based on how hot the song is green is normal, orange is midrange, red is hot.

Pretty awesome Stuff i must say - i have lots of tracks i only played once! Every six months i go thru my library and clean up meaning deleting tracks to make room for the new stuff. I mostly do weddings and mobile events .Thank You so much ❤

Problem with the Unplayed crate is if you’re just starting out, all the songs will be in that crate.
