I have a question. Why did you use sp 2 to build up hydro and concussions instead of sp 1

Sp2 gives passive cruelties which pause those concussions. Only really wanna do Sp1 if you want the true accuracy.

He is primarily a defender. He's decent on attack too but most ppl rank him for defense as he is a very painful defender in BGs

He is a utility type of champ, with good damage His ability accuracy can't be decreased Permanent passive true accuracy Free willpower healing Can shrug off all non damaging debuff
