Nefaria no needs dupe. If you want huge damage then rank up silk. And if you want great utilites with high damage then Nefaria is better choice. Silk is better than titania in comparison.

Count Nefaria is the best with lots of utilites. Human torch's block proficiency is low. And he is only effective against mystics.. Nefaria is great science utilites champion with great damage.
