Susie there are times when I feel low, I profess this to myself and claim the words of God into me daily, say this to myself loudly and know Who I am in Christ. Thought of sharing this with you today. Because you are in Christ, EVERY ONE of these statements is true of you. This is what God the almighty thinks of you. I am loved. 1 John 3:3 I am accepted. Ephesians 1:6 I am a child of God. John 1:12 I am a joint heir with Jesus, sharing His inheritance with Him. Romans 8:17 I am united with God and one spirit with Him. 1 Corinthians 6:17 I am a temple of God. His Spirit and his life lives in me. 1 Corinthians 6:19 I am a member of Christ's body. 1 Corinthians 12:27 I am a Saint. Ephesians 1:1 I am redeemed and forgiven. Then came Sueella Brickles a classmate in my senior year who always was asking me to attend church revivals at her church. The Pentecostal Church of God! So more than glad I said yes & went. Her family picked up for at 6:30pm & I recieved more than I bargained for that night. I just said yes! Thinking! If I went to church with her at least one time she would leave me alone the rest of my life. But God! He saved me that night. I better be quiet before I write a book. Let's keep on keeping on for Jesus. No matter what!

Pertaining to the first step which is renewing the Mind, remembering what God is already done in the past, what if you've been in a bad car accident and you had a bad concussion and you can't remember? what do you do then, if your memory fails you and you can't remember the goodness of God in the past. I have had to go about this fight differently by constantly listening to the word of God and in those moments of Despair it's very difficult for me to remember the goodness of God.

You mentioned that "We should never condone people 's choices. Instead, we should cultivate their worth." True. But, being gay is NOT a choice. For ex...people who are gay did NOT one day just say, "Oh, I decided to be gay." Either a person is gay or they are not.

There is no one righteous, no not one for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. For it is by grace you were saved, not of your own works but by the work of God at the cross. Jesus said to the Pharisees if you broke one of the laws you broke them all. Therefore do not think that because you havent done certain sins you are better then others. That is not what the gospel is about. He did not come to save people so they could then condemn others.
