The first legendary I got was from a chest out in Stormheim, yes, one of the ones that had a 20 AP item in it that you'd just as soon avoid. If you're flying over a chest (you'd see using HandyNotes), consider looting it, you never know... Great guide

Believe it or not the rares on Broken Shore can drop legendaries as well. I got one the other day from Lady Eldrathe. I was pretty surprised when I went to loot the mob and got legendary from it. Also the hidden wyrmtongue chests can apparently drop legendaries as well. So all in all...if you see a broken shore rare up - go and kill it. If you see a wyrmtongue chest - loot it.

Also, don't forget to run Nether Portals once the Disruptor is up. It gives you a huge amount of Legionfall resources (if you do this up to a limit) that you can turn in for chests.

Basically what is being said is: stop having a life and play the game 24/7. Then you have two options: ONE: you actually stop having a life, go play this game for 24/7 and sooner or later your pieces of loot will drop, then another patch/expansion comes out and everything starts again because all loot you managed to get is now obsolete; TWO: you play the game the way you want with the time you have and don't care for having better loot anyway, then by the time another patch/expansion comes out, everything will be obsolete so you won't feel bad for wasting part of you life farming loot. Either way, complaint less, it's always a choice you make.

I currently have 6 legendaries. 1 Crafted, 2 from LFR, 3 from Legion Supplies. The crazy thing is I received these legendaries in a span of 3 weeks. Before then i never had a legendary, so Lord has blessed me 😄.

I've gotten 11 legendaries so far on my main char and the only stuff I do is finish my emissary, try to finish AP world quests at least once a day, broken shore quests, do 4 maybe 5 mythic+ every week and do a full clear of Normal and HC Nighthold. I barely ever finish all of the mythic 0's anymore as they take a lot of time and it's not worth doing solely for grinding legendaries. We started doing it in our guild for AP purposes but I reached my concordence trait (52) last week and haven't been doing much on my main for AP since, finally get to play on alts a bit.

i highly recommend doing LFR it gives the same chance as getting a lego as any other raid difficulty and you get the augment runes which sell for a ton

They can drop ANYWHERE, got 1 from emissary chest, one from Random BG, one in Mythic+ and another in LFR, and one in Normal NH...they all dropped when I had forgotten about them, so weird.

I got one from "The Whisperer" which is a silver "elite" mob or whatever in the vineyard area near Challaine's Terrace, Aszuna. Pretty surprised to get one, even though I know they can drop off that level mob rarely.

I'm pretty sure that utility legendaries count for all specs, so it's only making a big difference if you're on legendary number 2 or 3 since the chance for them being utility is kinda low

Great vid as always :). I have a question about the "loot spec" bad luck protection you mentioned at 3:56. It is kind of confusing. I'll give an example on my main.So if my DK has2 Blood Legos2 Unholy Legosand 2 "all purpose" Legos ... Does that mean if I go Frost my chances (including bad luck protection) of getting a Frost specific legendary are the same as me not getting one yet at all ..... or do those 2 "all purpose" Legos I mentioned count toward my Frost spec as well.Thanks and keep up the good work

You should have added the unstable nether portals. each one gives 15-20 war supplies and they're easy to farm. every time the portal disruptor is up I farm them and it let's you get a ton of war supply turn ins. I got my 7th, 8th, and 9th legendaries in under 3 weeks by farming them

i have gotten a few legionaries most of them from the rep caches. I would have more but since mythics and raiding are a bit of a challenge to me (mostly because it seems nearly impossible to find people to do them during the time that i'm on) I have been doing the other stuff to get them. WQ, world bosses when i can, invasions, etc The problem is my two mains are both in the 880's range so really at this point doing anything other then raids and mythic+ is just spinning my wheels. But like i said timing as all but kept me entirely out of those activities. So say i'm 880 with 1 legendary. Should i continue to count on RNG bad luck protection? or should i go out of my way to try and go for the crafted legiendaries? (which also require mythics and raiding)? Finally wanted to say thank you. Your videos help a lot (especially your pet battle ones)

Nick VW Sephuz has great haste and a speed boost once the mob dies. Prydaz can also be great for world content and raid if u are a healer. There is nothing wrong with wanting those. I use them from time to time to augment my bis dps leggos depending on the Raid boss.

I got my two warrior legendaries and single DK Legendary from emissary chests and LFR respectively. They coincidentally turned out to be the second and third best for Fury and the Best for Frost, so the loot gods favor me.

I came back into WoW about a week ago, and I thought this was about how to get your legendary 'thing' like in Mists' cape. So, let me get this straight: 1. There are a shit ton of legendaries in Legion 2. Everyone can get them 3. You basically grind valor points, just RNG tokens instead 4. The tasks required are about as epic as going shopping for groceries I get that it still takes time and commitment, but what is legendary about this? This is like that island at the end of mists giving raid gear just by walking around and killing regular mobs. It's just...what?

neutral ones will count for all specs they would drop for. So as a priest, sephuz, prydad and the boots count for all three specs, but the healing trinket only counts for disc and holy. Or would if I could get the blasted thing to drop....

Shaka when the walls fell Only if you have a low ilvl otherwise it takes seconds. As for N NH if you do it on reset takes just over an hr for a full clear. Good luck!

I have 9 legendaries, I just do what ever I feel like at that day. Making the game a job, is bad in the long run, i think :) I've had drops from bgs, emesary, hc dungeon, legion warsupplies and mythic 0. So they do come from everything. Just play the game, have fun and let the legendaries come to you when they do.

The legionfall war supplies turn in does give legendaries, I've received two from them this month on my main. Dauntless items do not drop legendaries, but Relinquished does.

I feel like PVP players want legendaries simply because they are legendary and they have a chance to receive them, granted they can't make the most out of them, so it only makes sense their chance of getting them is subpar. In previous xpacs, it wouldn't even matter. You still largely have to go pve to get the most out of getting them.

Do the broken shore intro quest right after hitting 110, get those nether shards and enjoy those 850+ ilvl gear pieces Do the class hall campaign and the broken shore questline simultaneously and enjoy a class mount and more nether shards. After that, do whatever zone and questline (Illidan, Suramar, profession, ...) much easier with somewhat decent gear.

It protects you so that you can get the new legendary automatically the next time it comes up. The new legendaries look pretty choice, so I would say the extra work would be worth it in this case.

I got 2 bis legionaries from lfr, coincidentally from skorp, and a week after the other. Would argue that it is definitely worth it given how quick they can be cleared. Would suggest guilds to queue as raid, maybe after a heroic clear
