Btw isn’t it supposed to be opposite, when it’s at the overbought zone, you sell call above the sp and in the oversold zone, you sell put below the sp?

You mentioned that in oversold territory, sell call above SP, but the chances of it bounces back up is so high, and vice versa for your selling put when it’s at the overbought territory

Hi , if the put option buyer exercise the put option . As a put option seller , do i need to do anything ? Beside make sure i have enough cash ? IBKR will auto help me to buy the stock from option owner ?

No need to do anything! Just make sure u have enough collateral. The broker will auto buy

These strategies doesn’t work for TSLA, you will end up losing more and more money because it keeps trending down. I have been constantly assigned of TSLA for selling cash secured put since 237.5 until I have no more liquidity for other stocks. It is now at 140s, but still trending down 😂
