Something I like to do while I study is to make some tea, light some candles, put some scent sticks, and get relaxed. This was REALLY helpful!! Btw, I have a tip that could help u remember more about tasks and deadlines, so for Macbook users, you can create a sticky note (in the Stickies app), and maybe colour-code accordingly (like separate colours for Deadlines, goals, tasks, etc) and keep it on your desktop. So every time u open your device, u would see them, especially when and if you're like me and u forget to open your bujo/planner, this is actually really helpful! If u think that this won’t work, then just totally ignore my comment :)
