Thanks for the inspiration. I don’t have skinny jeans, wide leg trousers, and tailored trousers. I could use my Summer trousers which are a bit similar to the last two, but they would be too thin for this time of year, but it’s still good to get to see what one could wear. I especially like the co-ord and I actually have one with a skirt and a jumper in a cream colour that I absolutely love. As for my style uniform, not sure I have any but I often wear jeans and a t-shirt or sweatshirt, or joggers and the same.

If you have a style of trouser you love for summer you could opt for a similar style in a heavier fabric for colder months. But only if you really feel like you need to fill that gap in your closet. Depending on the fabric, sometimes I just layer underneath so I can wear my lighter pieces more. Jeans and a t-shirt or sweater is still a great uniform! You could look and see how you might change that into a slightly dressier version to get a second uniform out of it xx

I don’t feel like I need to fill the gap, just because I have too much stuff, even though I would like to shop more, 😆 but I did think about wearing them over tights. Thank you for your reply. I live in a coastal, rural area so skinny jeans inside boots are the most practical choice for dealing with sand and mud.

You look amazing in your skinny jeans. You look WIDER and SHORTER in your wide leg pants/trousers, you look fat and frumpy in the grey knitted skirt - too much material and too long, midi skirts can look very frumpy, this certainly does and it's going to make you look more, not less, "bloated". We are so used to seeing wide leg jeans/pants that we've lost sight of the fact that if they're wider, they make us look fatter and shorter. I hear they're on the way out, to be replaced by bootcut and flared styles, and I can't wait. The greenish top you are wearing in this video is a wishy washy colour that drains you, wear a stronger tone if you really like this colour.
