It was a tradition to make Pizzelle’s for Christmas every year at my mother-in-laws. They were Italian and from Boston. They pronounced them Piz-zell-eee. We had a machine that made them I remember the main flavor that we used was anise.

My aunt always made Pizzelles (she pronounced it Pih - Zel) when I would visit her as a child. She put anise flavoring in them and I loved them right out of the pizzelle maker (looks like a waffle maker). Brings back memories. :)

My fav subscription box is Actlive Life.... for Canadian followers they started shipping in Dec to Canada..... and unlike a lot of US subscription boxers the shipping is very responsibly priced even when the box is somewhat heavier..... and customer service is amazing I had the worst experience with Layered With Lace..... their customer service is just awful.

I grew up across the street from an Italian family and every Christmas the mom would send over a large batch of Pizzelles and Angel Wings..... several years ago because the mom is no longer alive I bought a pizzelle maker (very similar to a waffle maker) but I've never tried any flavours other than the regular (anise) flavour and chocolate..... the 1st box gives me so many ideas but I'm sure most flavours I won't be able to make but I'm going to try and figure out a couple of them.

How do you have time to not just read a book but finish a book? You are a wife a mom to teens also a cat mom! You work outside of the house plus you shop at malls to give us changing content. Then you make videos that take a very long time to do but you also edit for hours. When do you sleep? Thank you for keeping us coming back to watch over and over. Plus you do your makeup and hair to do all your recording. I sure hope you have help cleaning and cooking by your husband, daughter and son when he is home.
