These are a few products that I use and recommend for hair health (none of this is sponsored, entirely my experience - it’s frustrating for me to see a video where you see someone talk about skin or hair without the mention of products they use, so I’m listing them below but I assure you, nobody’s interest is involved in this). 1) Balancing Shampoo by GK - it is expensive but worth it. 2) serum by Matrix - it is non sticky that’s why I like it. 3) Coconut hair oil rocks or if you could make onion oil at home, I haven’t used it myself but have heard great reviews for hair growth. 4) I use Dyson hair straightener - of course filthy expensive but it is part of my office supplies (you know why) 5) Hair mask by Loreal Absolute - yellow bottle Products I found pathetic (just a few on the list but I genuinely think they destroy hair) 1) Onion shampoo by Mama Earth 2) Shampoo by Bblunt - caused me too much hair fall. But again, these are my personal experiences, might not be same for you. Love, Aleena

I agree with you allena mam main couse of hair fall is depend on your sleep way I also feel this when I sleep 7to 8 hours my hair fall become less and keratin is too dangerous for hair and also skin

I use a hair rinse which I prepare at home. Add ritha & shikaki in a vessel of water. Bring it to a boil. Simmer for 15 min then turn off the flame. Let it cool & wash your hair with it. I swear you'll gradually see results. It makes your hair bouncy, lustrous, manageable, fights dandruff, prevents hairfall, dyes it black & doesn't strip it of natural oils. I am at a loss to understand what benefit can artificial chemicals bring to our hair. Products which grow in nature are suitable for all skin types. Besides, Vitamin D which is found in sunlight is vital for stimulating hair follicles. Sans it, you go bald.
