There are some basic things men should do as a person, hygiene, dress, get in shape etc, but at what point is it to much to continuously chase BOX! When does it blur your objective of a Spiritual Life with deeper meaning.....

I think you should start with one thing first master it and move on to the next. For example if you can't consistently take care of your hygiene like skin, breath, smell, I would work on that first. Once you build the discipline to do the bare minimum of keeping yourself clean, I would move on to grooming. Like haircuts, teeth whitening, clipping your nails etc. Once you master that and do it consistently move on to getting in shape. And than after that move on to style and fragrances. The problem is guys try to do everything at once and end up doing everything wrong or mediocre. It takes time but starts with the most important thing than progress further. Ofc u can workout while improving your grooming and hygiene. But dont be the guy who buys a whole bunch of shit and get overwhelm and quits his routine. Hygiene 1st priority if you dirty and smell like shit no girl fucking with you. Grooming 2nd most important u can be in shape but if you look like a caveman with long nails u not getting a lot of girls. Working out is 3rd most important for obvious reasons. Style, shoes, and fragrances is the icing on the cake usually the sweetest part but gotta have the foundation down first or it will just be frosting on a table. Ofc their is other things u can do to improve even further but appearance wise that is the all pretty much.
