As a sigma male, I personally deep dived in understanding women's autopilot feminine instincts & behaviors and avoid mainstream media's depictions of the courtship process (which is backward and does a great disservice to men in general). You learn that their instinctual behaviors have a predictable pattern. Not only do women appreciate a man who took some time to learn about women, but it deepens our mystery plus women are intrigued by psychology topics when a sigma decides to share sporadic topics with her, and like a karate grandmaster, we don't readily share our thousands of hours of studies and social experments. That secret knowledge creates a self-confidence with most women and makes us feel comfortable around women, which in turn makes women feel comfortable by our presence.
