coffee is not that bad when you take into account that most people under 17 or even over 17 dont drink a cup of straight black coffee and usually add something like milk and sugar to it personally i do half cup of coffee and half cup of milk (not direct measurement units, this is based on the size of cup im using) so im getting about 13 more mg of caffeine then a can of coke based on the average size of cup i use 12-oz coke = 34 mg of caffeine
