There are plenty of options when it comes to wireless service providers in the United States. Known as Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), many of these carriers offer excellent solutions and packages, often at a lower price point than the big players.
Here, Scott and Luke talk about one in particular, US Mobile. For better or worse, these are seven things you should know about the provider.

I switched from Version postpaid top plan to US Mobile super LTE and I see no different on speed or service best switch I have made. I would totally recommend.

Had US Mobile for a bit and really enjoyed the experience. Ended up switching to AT&T's $60 Prepaid plan since it's prioritized, but now that US Mobile is prioritized, I might switch back and give it a shot.

I would do it. It's cheaper then ATT and you get more data there. Also it's one of the few MVNOs using the Verizon network that has priority data. Just make sure you have a 5G phone.

US mobile is amazing. I'll never go back to Post paid or any other prepaid mvno's for that matter. 4 lines for $100 a month with two different networks. The versatility and value is incredible.

This was spot on. Data is slower in dense populated events or even traffic, but overall good for me. Customer service is good, whether through phone or chat. There is a bit of a fee with plans. $15 plan I pay close to $20, but overall good

US mobile data was not prioritized as of last month in NC. I had them for a month. On VZW, I got 2553 Mbps down and 80 up using a iPhone 13 pro when connected to 5G UW. The only reason I left was due to coverage where I work, AT&T works better.

I live in a 5g area except my neighborhood, so in town I get 5G no problems. At home I have LTE, I am using a 5G phone and US Mobile gets priority data, my daughters line with Visible on the same model phone is 1/10 the speed.

You have to choose a SIM from T-Mobile (GSM LTE) or Verizon (Warp/Super LTE) you can’t be on both at the same time.

I have a couple of question. So you have to choose between Verizon 5g or T-Mobiles LTE you can't use both at the same time right? Also do you get to use all of Verizon 5g network meaning do you get to use their Ultra Wideband and their 5g mid bands?

I get 5G UW and I left T Mobiles 55 plus plan, because of coverage problems in office at work. Since Verizon is the official cell phone service provider of the NFL, I went to the Baltimore Ravens Stadium practice and was able to use the Verizon WiFi server for their customer.

@@paleocon777 You can activate 2 separate lines. Just put the T-Mobile sim on a 1gb plan & just use it as a backup data line, for when Verizon has no coverage. For esim only phones, Tello is the only cheap T-Mobile option for a backup line.

QCI value is 8 on a 5G device with a US Mobile plan. This means you are full speed, full priority data. Verizon network with “Warp Speed,” not T-Mobile.

So if I get us mobile I don’t have to pick Verizon OR T-Mobile towers? It runs off both together so if I am in a Verizon dead spot but T-Mobile has great coverage I’ll still have great coverage? I ask because the area I live in has T-Mobile 5G but when I go out around the area I’m at T-Mobile is a little spotty so I’d love to have the 5G coverage when tmobile is good but I like Verizon’s coverage area better

US Mobile’s online support is excellent and you actually get someone that can help you. They are responsive and very helpful. For those who have been postpaid with Verizon or ATT will know that long waits, including chat, are the norm. I highly recommend US Mobile if they have coverage in your area.

US Mobile has 24 Hour customer Service as well. No offense to the youtubers but they didnt give correct information when talking about customer service. I have both AT&T post paid and US Mobile. I had At&T for 15 years. I never once went into their store when i had problems with my phone. so US Mobile not having stores doesn’t affect me. Plus they started in 2015. They are fairly new

Horrible policy regarding getting perks discounts particularly for Apple Music. Directions provided for "verification" are not matching the real word results and not useful at all! Why provide verification at all?? Just give me the discount you promised! I don't want to deal with all this husle even single month!!!! Ugh...
