Dr. A I am 3 wks post op sleeve surgery. I've been watching your videos and wanted to thank you. All your topics have answered so many of my questions. Before surgery I was a very uncompliant diabetic was up to 300 units of insulin a day and after surgery third week post off I'm taking 15 units of insulin a day and hopefully we'll get rid of that after I lose more weight. Dr A. I have a couple of questions what’s recommend after surgery when trying to work out? Only do cardio for a couple mouths or is it okay to only lift weights cause either way calories are lost right? Or lifting then like doing 30 mins of cardio together is okay? It’s confusing to me ya know

Another question, is it common practice for surgeons to take a picture of the portion of the stomach that was removed? I never saw mines and I’m wondering if the doctor removed as much as we’ve agreed on...
