Where were you? Why I watched your this video today? Why your this valuable video came to me when I just casually opened KZbin? I am working as a graphic designer, and I want to be an art director. I have no experience as an art director so I don't feel confidence applying for it. I feel, I need a good company to work where a bunch of art directors are ready to help us in our work and seeing them I will learn how art directors work. Then I will know their process and apply for any art director's job. Suddenly I see this video today. You posted in 2020, today is 2022, after two years, but okay. I can still apply happily for art director's job. Thanks, god bless you.

These requests for full-stack developers are ridiculous. Large companies need full-stack to have someone who is able to see the full picture and guide teams. But small companies only want full-stack because they think they'll get a whole bunch of developers for the price of one, instead they get one really expensive guy that can only work at one task at the time.

Thanks for your insights, I agree that the word full-stack is quite overused. At the end of the day most people prefer a smaller piece of the development pie even if they label themselves as a full-stack developer.
