Cartagena, Medellin, are always in the news because of tourists getting robbed or worse, yet everybody is flocking there. Never heard anything similar about Colon, just that it looks dangerous. Nice video though.

I found your video when planning my next Cruise from Panama City to Tampa FL through the Canal. I mostly want to know how to get from the Airport to the cruise terminal for the NCL Jade. Next March 2025. Then through the Canal and on to several stops in the Caribbean like Aruba and curacao on a ten day cruise.

This is an easy answer! Uber and Lyft are very inexpensive! You can also check taxi fares when you arrive. We found most of our rides on Uber around the city were less that $5 -- we were able to tip well at that price. Expect the ride from airport to cruise terminal to be 45 minutes to an hour. You will have a blast! We loved Panama!

Expect to pay more from the airport than around town. We were really surprised at how easy Uber was in Panama City! We even took Uber from our hotel, across the isthmus to the port in Colon. That trip was $50 without a tip. We tipped that gentleman generously because Colon is a little sketchy outside of the port area.
