Idk but race mode is usually quite boring for me. Many of the drivers I race suck at driving. They either drive straight into the wall, go wide and spin therefore I win 90% of the races most of the time. The average gap can range from 5s to a minute worse case

Same, like 98% of the time when I’m in race mode I dominate the lobby for as long as I’m there

Tsukuba is also a very good track to grind (if not the best) because it is short and gives one of the highest payout per hour

Race mode is definitely my preferred way to earn cash. It's a bit slower, but doesn't get as repetitive as doing the same lap over and over again, since it keeps switching class and track. And sometimes you get the added bonus of people that are the same pace, making for some nice battles

4:12 while daily rewards is easy to earn money on, bear in mind you need to get the money between the 24th to 25th hour after you got it otherwise you can't get the 2nd day money

the thing i love in project trackday is that it has abs toggle option which really helps me grind with some fun i want the option in formula apex too
