My paternal grandmother, uncle, and father all have dementia and so does my mother. I've been digging for ways to hopefully stop that lineage.

I really need to watch this when I get time. I have a husband with some of this- he’s 71 been get worse over the last couple years- not full blown yet. It’s so hard because I have to do almost everything & I’m tried

I lost my mom to altzheimers. She always poured sugar in her coffee and drank numerous cups a day. That one thing you mentioned jumped out at me first!

We lost my mother-in-law to Altzhemimwer as well & her 2 brothers on my husband’s side. My husband has been showing signs as well for a few years - this year 2023 is getting worse. I didn’t see a link you said would be put below on something to help. You were talking soo fast I couldn’t keep up with all the stuff you said to use- except get off sugar & sleep. Last few months he hasn’t slept well- up & down at night sometimes confused. Hope maybe you can answer- I know you get a lot of questions- but I’m desperate- because of all going through with him- my anxiety has gotten higher 😬😞

I’m an RN and KNOW what I should be doing - but sugar addiction is REAL. Coffee with 3-4 tsp sugar daily. I hate the taste of coffee and cover taste with the sugar/cream. Think I’ll stop coffee, and in turn, lessen sugar intake(?). Also drink British black tea - with sugar. Ugh!!! Work 40+ hrs week as nurse, etc., so stressed. Thanks, great video! So many cardiologists would high-five you, too!!!❤❤❤😊

I drink coffee black. I drink tea unsweetened. I dont drink sodas. I watch all my starches. We all know they turn to sugar. I dont do alot of bread. I dont do sugar substitutes. I use extra virgin olive oil and eat fish. Otherwise vegetarian. So why high cholesterol?
