Hey Brad, thanks for making these videos. At this point (reaching 2 months post breakup) I've been watching every video that comes out. And slowly and gradually, I'm finding it easier and easier. I think whoever is reading this should know that it doesn't have to work out for you to be happy. Focus on you, and the better the version of you that you become is the version of you that your next love (ex or not) will fall for. Thanks again Brad, much love.

You're welcome! And yes, you're right. You can only do so much to try to re-attract an ex back and sometimes it works and in other cases, it just doesn't so it really depends. But yes, focusing on yourself as well as playing your cards right when it comes to trying to get an ex back is your best move. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! :-)

God bless you Brad. I was following all your videos and made everything right. No begging, no contact 45 days. And after blocking very slow also with following your advice I made great shift. I am texting like you said and he just can't ignore even when was trying. Now he replyes fast I am waiting sometimes 24 hours but when I am texting again his reply comes fast. Everything works. Just need to make everything very slow. Sometimes I pull back for 2-3 days. From blocking to questions from his side and trying to have conversation took 3 weeks. The best was follow rule there is no past, no single word about breakup just talking like nothing happen and he relaxedThank you is so less what I can say 🥰

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

It takes a while for your brain and heart to adjust to the rapid changes. Getting an ex back is a gradual process, so there's no one-action solution for this. Okay? The "no contact" phase is a good start, so do that first if you haven’t yet, for 30 days. If you have, then I'm glad you've completed it. There are two more phases to go with a few other steps in between (in the right order). What I'm trying to say here is it's a 3-phase process, and it's a bit complicated to explain it all on here, but I made an overview in the hopes of making people understand, so watch it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas or read my guide for the entire process. Good luck!

No contact worked , not necessarily to get her back directly, but at least she will start connect with you, I finished no contact for 30 days , first text she answered, and we started a nice conversation, and shared her pictures never shared during the relationship when she was young some family pictures, , but never expect they will back the important you make them back to know about your new life. Asking questions about your new life see their curiosity, then after that will be clear for you that you was just killing yourself for an ordinary person, and will help you to move on faster. I'm happy with the results , and thank you coach

Hello Alex It's been 6 months since I divorced my ex-wife after 15 years of marriage and 3 children together. Everything was going well until she had an early mid-life crisis. I’ve been no contact for nearly 7 weeks now. He and I both have a lot of growth to do. I genuinely want to wait a few months after spending time on myself and getting to a better place - we ended things after an argument but we still loved each other. I’m not sure if he’s still mad but hope time will heal. Is this a bad idea? I feel like we both need time to grow.
@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
What was the fight about? You know, fighting is often unavoidable, but when it becomes too much, it’s time to nip the problem in the bud if you still can. So it's either that or you go on a break and discuss the logistics as well as how it should go and how long it should be. What were you two fighting or arguing about? It's best to consider the relationship overall first, so watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jqatd5lrgMiba9E Anyways it's best to give it time because all this arguing had taken a toll in your relationship. This may help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHOomZSPaMx_f9k Perhaps you've both argued more than you had a good time with each other? It could also be you're too incompatible or stubborn to meet each other halfway. If the negatives outweigh the positives in the relationship, that's when an imbalance happens and the relationship will keel over wherein one or both people will likely abandon ship, as the case with your ex. It's time to reset things. Start with the 30-day "no contact" rule to get your ex into a psychological neutral. Here's how it can help you: y2u.be/zw0ChuXCEmw

We had a peaceful breakup (after 8 month relationship) and I did no contact until yesterday (50 days no contact). In this time, she never reached out to me so this was the first communication that we have had for 2 months. I said "Hey, I just walked past the art gallery we went to, I still remember when we spent all day taking pics there and had a lot of fun. Made me think of you. I hope you're doing well these days. Btw, happy new year! Hope 2023 will be awesome" She replied within an hour and said "Happy new year John :), I wish you all the best". An hour later I replied saying "Thank you, this year I'm planning to learn Chinese so I've paid for some Chinese classes, looking forward to it! How is your life these days? And what's your plan for this year?" She hasn't responded to that message and it's been nearly a week lol. Did I do something wrong?

Brad, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to reach out to you because I could really use your advice and suggestions. About 8 months ago, I went through a tough breakup with my girlfriend. It's been a rough road since then, and I've been trying to move on, but I can't help but feel like I made a huge mistake. I know the situation is a bit different now, and I'm not sure if she's open to reconciliation, but I was wondering if you had any tips on how to approach her and potentially get her back. In the first few months after the breakup, I gave her a lot of mental pressure by constantly trying to contact her and beg for her forgiveness. However, after watching some of your videos on relationships and moving on, I realized that I was making a mistake and needed to give her space and move on myself. I stopped all contact with her and focused on my own healing and growth. I thought I was finally moving on and getting over her, but then out of the blue, she called me a month ago to tell me some stupid things that seemed to come out of nowhere. I'm not sure what to make of it or how to react. Additionally, we are in long distance relationship, and it makes it harder to communicate and understand each other's feelings. I also took the love quiz that you recommended and I got 70 on it. I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad score, but I'm hoping that you might have some advice or suggestions on how to improve my score and how to navigate this long-distance situation in order to win her back. I really miss her and love her so much and would like to know what steps I can take to get her back. Thanks, Brad.
@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
What kind of things did she tell you when she reached out? If they were negative, that may be clue to really consider moving on from this, man. A long distance is not easy to maintain, especially if you two had a weak foundation where you don't get to spend time with each other much in person. Not to state the obvious, but the distance is often the main culprit. Watch/review and apply the pointers here first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fYK8ZYFmadqpqqM and/or kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5_JiIWAh9ehd9U However, if you believe your situation is unique and there may still be a chance between you two, then let's take a look at your situation in-depth via my one-on-one coaching session at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

Yeah, try not to sabotage yourself, man. Play your cards right and notice the world of difference that this can make. Stick to the "no contact" rule this time for at least 30 days. Here's how you can tell it's starting to work: kzbin.info/www/bejne/imW2q2l6nryFqbM AND the importance of silence after the breakup here: y2u.be/zw0ChuXCEmw and in the meantime, this is the principle you ought to follow: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e5fFmIhtq5WBr5Y A situation with an ex is often fragile, so you'd really want to omit, if not minimize these mistakes. Start with the 30-day straight "no contact rule. It’s one step forward, two steps backward with an ex & there are no unlimited chances with them, so if you can do it right moving forward, then do so. Check out my guide so you won't end up making the same mistakes. Good luck!

I want to order The Ex Factor and follow it, and I've been watching your videos, but I haven't seen one with our situation. What should I do in the next few weeks while we are still under the same roof? We are being amicable right now, and I'm avoiding being needy or begging her to stay, and being nice, but not too nice. The more recent the breakup is, the more confusing it will be for you if you continue to interact with your ex. That kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a fresh/recent breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. A wide array of different emotions coming from an ex is somewhat expected when a breakup is still fresh and this includes the likelihood of your ex giving you mixed or weird signals. Watch this: y2u.be/siApAVtx8zE This is why I tell people to cut off contact for at least a month first and NOT deal with this ex. You both need to clear your minds first, all right? A breakup hurts both people in it regardless of who has done the breaking up. This is something I've discussed here, so watch it to learn a few tips to help you on how to go about it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5ytYqyYqqt8fqc

Hi Brad, Im in a similar situation. I met a guy through an online dating app We met. We were intimate during our initial stages. I caught strong feelings for him. Since things went too fast for him he recommended taking a break from dating and get to know each other as friends. I went in denial He genuinely shows care towards me and I can see that in action but when I ask about where we truly stand, he says I dont know or I dont feel anything about me but there is no single time where his actions did not show affection. Hey Brad!! I am new subscriber and your vids are really amazing. I had my breakup 1month ago. We were in a relationship for 2 years. I swear everything was just fine between both of us. Then suddenly one day he asked me for a break. I agreed to it. He assured me that it's not a breakup. Then after 5-6 days he broke up with me. During the break he was not contacting me and was talking to some other girl. Later I got to know he is dating some other girl. I asked him if there's someone but he refused. Now he's saying he will never come back to me and never talk to me. He's just saying that he doesn't loves me anymore and doesn't have any feelings for me anymore. And when I ask if there's any chance of us being together again in future he doesn't refuse but instead he says "idk". We had a small breakup earlier. I asked him to come back that time and he did. Now He is just saying that I am just pulling him to stay with me like earlier. But he came willingly and stayed 8-9 months after that. We were happy. He was happy with me. But now he is just blaming on me everything. I tried for few weeks to contact him and sort things out but now i am not doing that anymore. I even went to a tarot reader out of stress to ask will he ever contact me and she said there's only 40% chance of him to contact me. And i have to manifest that too or else he will not. Should I trust these tarot readers? Is there any chance for us to get back together once again? I don't want to lose him. What should I do to make him come back to me leaving that other girl who he has been dating out of nowhere or contact me and give our relationship a second chance?

Really sorry to hear that. The bottom line is your ex has significantly lost attraction. Watch what I’ve explained here and watch the entire length of the video to gain full understanding, as well as know what to do: y2u.be/E9wG_ErBQoI It’s important to rebuild the attraction naturally so your ex will be amenable to working things out, eventually. This is what my guide is for but you can also learn the basic principles of my 3R system here and watch the vid til' the end so you don't end up missing the important points: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas and the golden rules here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5ytYqyYqqt8fqc Now as to your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. However, as it is, each situation is unique, so I suggest you take the free quiz as it hits on the critical elements that will determine your chances depending on your answers. In other words, my quiz can give you a more accurate answer than I can since as you may have noticed, there are various factors at play here which needs to be looked at as well as your own actions after the breakup. I think that's the best decision too. Sorry to hear you're going through this though. Being cheated on hurts a lot... and I know I can't say anything right now to make you feel better. Healing is a process and everybody has their own journey. They key is to regain confidence and in due time, you WILL feel better. It's important to experience some sense of progress in your life to make things somewhat bearable after a life-altering and excruciatingly painful event such as a breakup. So try as much to set personal life goals and start small to make sure it's attainable, such as going to the gym, planning a healthier diet, etc. You can also get my latest e-book Beat the Breakup at www.beatmybreakup.com to help guide you on what more to do during this grieving process. My ex and I broke up in May 2021. We reconnected in April 2022. And we've met on and off around 9 times in all of last year between April to Dec 2022. We have decided to keep our dynamic casual such that we talk but rather infrequently and we've also been intimate without labels. We are yet to go all the way but we've been wanting to. We had a talk on a video call in october of 2022 where he opened up about how getting back into a relationship with me specifically would mean that I know all of his weaknesses and how it would be harder for him to trust me to not use them against him especially after the way things ended. (We had a bad break up. A lot of crying and he felt very guilty. He's avoidant and I'm anxious.) He also had a casual rebound partner after we broke up who messed with him to the point he's sounded unsure of ever feeling things like he once used to.. Anyway, just before Christmas he texted me saying he had a minor back related injury that had happened when he was helping out a cousin at a wedding but he'd still like to meet over the holiday season to catch up. I was happy but he stopped responding to msgs around the time of Christmas. And I tried talking to him on new years again and he was kinda cold and said he was just disconnecting with the world and needed his space. I have backed off since. I think it's either him feeling down during the holiday season or something happened on his end and he's going through something. Either way he has gone kinda cold. Idk if it has anything to do with me or just his own issues.. Idk how to reconnect with him.. We don't text everyday.. and I'm worried he'd ghost me again if I try to reach out and ask to meet if he's still down.. the stagnation is kinda making me frustrated.. I know giving him his space is the best way to approach this till he's ready again.. but how will I know when he's ready? When is it ideal to nudge him? What if I keep waiting for him to reach out to me and that doesn't happen? It just feels like I'm losing control when we made a lot of progress last year. It sucks! Any advice?

My Ex asked me never to contact him, as he wants to move on. Having taken the quiz, which you suggested, I realised I am in the 'fading fast' zone. I don't know if I should contact my Ex after the No Contact period gets over. Feels like if I will contact him, I will not respect his decision and cross his boundaries. Should I consider an extended period of no contact, like 8 months? The only excuse that I can find to contact him, is his birthday, which is in September. 🙃🙃🙃

It does seems like he's under a lot of grief that has nothing to do with you and some men are known to withdraw to their own world when that happens, Give him his space and be his support but don't force yourself into his life and show him you respect his decision to break up as doing the opposite will only make him withdraw further. Use this time to work on yourself Take care!

It looks like you were on the right track, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Be sure to check out my other videos for more tips on how to go about this, especially this: y2u.be/gUBNd6pDINM Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily. Getting an ex back is a process. Here's a short infograph to guide you in each process: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXvXnomYedCVotk Look out for the signs that your ex has moved on, though: y2u.be/TnZzeEIPEik But evaluate things, too. Are you sure you're not trying to rush it? Setting a deadline is a good way to fail when it comes to exes, so I highly discourage it. What steps have you taken to get your ex back? It's time to re-assess those and see what's working versus what's not working. Sometimes, getting an ex back is like trying to fit a square into a circle, but oftentimes, chances are you're letting emotion dictate you and therefore end up making the wrong choices. Have you checked out my guide yet? It’s ultimately up to you to act (or not act, depending on which phase you’re in) on getting your ex back, but it helps if you read it to ensure that you’re on the right track. Check it out at www.breakupbrad.com

If you're hellbent on trying to work things out, let me just set expectations that it's a tough battle for sure with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule. Prepare for things to be tough but if you play your cards right and depending on the extent of damage done, it can actually still be salvaged. Try to prevent things from getting even more awkward than it has to be by applying the tips here as much as possible, in addition to my newer vids I've posted: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fYXNdnR9f7yHq6M AND kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnW9o6GEnZ1_hck

He may not be ready to talk yet if he blocked you. I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. More about that on here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4a3amV_d5qondU Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : kzbin.info/www/bejne/emKqoYVrgqajh80 Good luck!

Don't do it, man. She's lost attraction for you and it's a terrible idea to be friends with her. You ought to cut off contact for at least 30 days first. Silence is key and here's why: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKiTdJurjah4o9k If you continue being friends right away, the boundaries won't be clear and you're technically both free to date other people. Wouldn't it be pure torture if your ex dates a rebound in front of you because you're only "friends" now, don't you think? So it’s not a good idea, especially if you want this ex back. Watch these two videos so you’ll know why being friends won’t lead you anywhere you wanna be with your ex and how to get out of this trap, respectively at kzbin.info/www/bejne/pqfClJ2wnbt-d7s and kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYSXh2d_hMiCndU but read my Ex Factor Guide since that’s much more detailed and so you'll know how to go about it, what to do after each phase (there are three phases in total), including what to say, do or not do, along with bonus materials for texting. Hi, unsure what to do! My ex broke up with me towards the end of November but we stayed in contact until New Years (spoke most days) as he said he would think about trying again but wasn’t 100%. he decided that he didn’t want a relationship and stated I was “too much” (maybe my clinginess at that time pushed him away) so I initiated no contact. This is our first break up (1yr 6mnth relationship). How long should I do NC for without jeopardising anything? Is there any chance we can sort it out?

Wait at least 30 days. Hi Brad, I have purchased your "get your ex back" videos and audios but unfortunatly, they are not working for me. Mine is a very specific situation and I have not foud videos that talk about it. I cannot purchase your one one couching because I just went through a divorce and go figure. We were 6 years together, he moved temporaly to our home country, I moved to a renting room, our house is for sale, we have no kids. I tried the modify no contact for 30 days, but every thing is just looking different of what I have heard on videos right now :( He did reach out to me for specific situations, he said all the time he wants to be close to take care of me, but now after 45 days after he left, he is like doesn't care anymore. His words when he left was that I was the best woman he ever had but he had different dreams than mine, he also blame me for the break up, saying that I did not dedicated enough time to him,. Now after more than 30 days, I believe he is spending time with another woman that was his ex years and years ago and I think they were long distance lovers at his convinience..She was always a plate served for him :(
@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
Sorry to hear that. Dumpers will often blame those who they leave, that way they don't have to feel guilty for leaving. This is why it's always best to give each other space to try to get a clear view of the situation yourself. The no contact rule can work for you in the following ways: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKiTdJurjah4o9k Your ex could be rebounding so no contact is the only choice at this point because the opposite is much more self sabotaging and will make your ex lose respect. @BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
Going through lots of jealousy isn't good, so try to really take some time off to come back to your own sense of self, yeah? Avoid finding her whereabout or what she's doing because you have zero control over that, man, and you're putting unnecessary "torture" on yourself, for lack of better terms. As tough as it may be, it's always best to come to terms with the breakup and the fact that you're both single now. Just have to mention that you doing the "no contact" rule neither prevents nor encourages your ex to go with someone new. In other words there's really nothing you can do to keep your ex from getting with someone new if they want to. This is something I've mentioned here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jYelYZKia5WGpq8 So it boils down to two options, really. 1. Employ no contact and keep your dignity while respecting your ex's decision to breakup (why push yourself to someone who doesn't want you?) or Option 2: Do not do no contact and be pathetic. I always advise people to choose option 1 but really, which option you choose is ultimately up to you.

Some of my ex's actions made me feel like he is a narcissistic person. Is there any chance for him to come back? I cheated on him out of anger because he also cheated on me a few months ago. I did it out of anger. And he understand my cheating and threatened to leave me. Then I tried to fix everything but couldn't do anything. Now I am being given silent treatment by my ex.
@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
If he's truly a narcissist, you might want to think twice before trying to get him back, because even if you can change his mind, you can't change his personality, especially if he has a narcissistic personality disorder or the traits being shown to you. It's a mental illness that should be looked into by a medical professional. The best you can do is to encourage him to seek help. Now if you aren't sure whether he really is one and/or how to best handle the situation, consider signing up for my coaching program so I can look into this with you and what's really happening that you may be too close to see or have an outside perspective on. Hey Brad, thanks for all the videos. I got a short question. A bit over 3 months ago my girlfriend of almost 3 years broke up with me. It was a bad break and I begged. I started no contact and she called me 2 weeks later to start over. We tried for more then 2 months. First month was really fun but the second was horrible. I could feel her starting to love less. She broke it up last week and I took it like a champ. She was a bit angry about a little vacation we were going to take. But I stayed calm and didn’t buckle. Her reasoning was that she loved me but wasn’t “in love” (it’s different in Dutch but I hope you get my meaning.) I showed her when we retried that I was definitely a better man but regardless she broke it up. I am thinking about messaging her in a month to wish her happy birthday. after no contact. I am working to be happy for myself and not just for her but what more can I do? I am physically fit and attractive, dress well but maybe I could be a bit more social and adventurous. It’s weird cause she always talked about a future with me and loved me so much. Any tips?

Try not to monitor your ex's activities or whatnot. Try to put your focus elsewhere (best to put focus back to yourself) because your ex is likely rebounding and you're only wasting precious minutes of your life worrying about something that's out of your control. If anything, your ex is suffering, too, even though it may not seem like it. He replied "Never my wish but i wish you all the best and don't forget me in your prayers please".Am confused if i can ever get him back even after the no contact rule😩

Sorry to hear that. A long distance is not easy to maintain, especially if you two had a weak foundation where you don't get to spend time with each other much in person. I broke up with my ex 7 weeks ago this Friday 20th January. I sent her a text in anger with her but regretted my decision to finish things. She left on 2nd Dec 22 (same day). We’ve met a few times since but she said she just wants to be friends. Saw her on Sunday 15th Jan and we went to the cinema and I made the mistake on leaving to try and hold her hand. She said friends don’t do that and today was a test to see if we can go out as friends. We then had a meal after the cinema. I had written her a letter explaining my actions and that I wanted to try again but she refused to read it. We should be seeing each other again on 19th Feb for the cinema again. Don’t know if I’m going to go as I hate just being friends with her. Am going into no contact today to see if it changes her mind. Wasn’t able to do this when we split as we both wanted to exchange Christmas presents then it was her 50th Birthday on 28th Dec so I gave her the gifts I had bought her. Will no contact work for me? 😔

Hi brad, I recently ended a 1 yr relationship with my ex. Reasons for breakup he was a cheater, narcissist, manipulator , controlling and is petty. I do not want him back because ever since dating him i have known no peace but he was the only person i talked to. He made me cut off all my friends male n female and just talk to him alone everyday… it’s been 7 days no contact and I really miss him it’s extremely hard for me bc i have no 1 to talk to especially that he always give me attention n was always there for me .. what should i do? Also if he has nudes of you would you ask him to delete them?
@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
It's a tough case indeed. You can't change his personality, especially if he has a narcissistic personality disorder or the traits being shown to you are similar with someone who has NPD. It's a mental illness that should be looked into by a medical professional. The best you can do is to encourage him to seek help. Also he's a fullgrown adult I supposed? No need to tell him to delete your nudes. Just go straight cold turkey. Best of luck!

That's nice but this really depends on what's really happening and how well you've been playing your cards, or not. If you've only talked recently, I'd say you two are friends or more appropriately, talking terms for now, but don't let that derail you, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily. If you've already reconnected for a while though and your ex is pushing you deeper into that friendship hole, then that's a different story. Getting an ex back is a process. @BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
How they feel after some time apart is not within your control. If your ex has not missed you and/or willing to put in the effort, that is outside your control. It's best to focus on yourself and heal from the situation in the time being so you get back to a place where you're emotionally stable. You both have to process the breakup first and go through all that pain and slowly let go of the bad memories...It is a process, but this is what the "no contact" rule is for, to help both of you move forward from that pain. A reconciliation with an ex means there will be a new (thus the old relationship be considered as over) relationship between you two where the lessons of the past are taken into consideration in order to resolve it to create a better relationship in the future. Does that make sense? Give your ex time to let go of the bad memories, however, this won't happen overnight and for sure takes time, so don't rush. Follow the tips on my other vids, especially this one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fH3IgWSbh6ieec0 Good luck!

What do you two always bicker about though? Fighting is often unavoidable, but when it becomes too much, it’s time to nip the problem in the bud if you still can.

Hi Brad. I'm quite worry that if I have no contact on him he might find someone else.😢
@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
As tough as it may be, it's always best to come to terms with the breakup and the fact that you're both single now. You doing the "no contact" rule neither prevents nor encourages your ex to go with someone new.

There's no easy way to say this but the answer is is to move on, especially if your ex doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and/or making a solid effort to get back together after giving each other some time and space apart. Sorry to hear that, man. Chances are your girl has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Discussed that in depth here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA There's no easy way to say this but the answer is is to move on, especially if your ex doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and asking to get back together. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. But take into consideration about what I’ve mentioned here, too: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o2OahX-brrqgrck There is no right or wrong answer here because it is your relationship and it's personal to you. Make sense? Anyway men and women cheat for different reasons, but if you think your ex is worth it and if there's been a genuine connection between you two before the cheating happened, then try to see the roles that you BOTH played that led to all this mess and see once and for all if it can be resolved or not, okay? Whatever the case, it's important you forgive yourself because no one's perfect, and forgive your ex too. Really take your time before deciding though and be sure not to make any hasty decisions from an emotional place but never force things with her if you can see she no longer wants to try. Take care!

I thought that's what my videos have already been doing. :-) Anyway as what so many people here are already doing across my videos, you may also leave a comment detailing your situation (keep it concise, please) and I'll get back to you the soonest I can. So state your situation in a separate comment because I can't backtrack even if I wanted to, got to move on to hundreds of new comments added daily. However, if you need my full attention where I focus in on and prioritize your situation or need a response as soon as possible, feel free to sign up for my coaching program at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

Good day, good people! She contacted me on Christmas. Then she tried to write to me, after she got silent. Later she started to write and is already a week or me as she is doing it. It looks like breadcrumbs. I used no contact 2 years ago to the same girl and we had 2 years of relationships. We are from Ukraine and it is one reason of what happened. The other million are in the avoidancy of that girl. I got general anxiety disorder as I started to date her 2 years ago. She is hard. I know, it is wrong to harm myself. Now, I start to feel anger. It is controlled one and towards myself. I am going through recruitment process to Ukrainian army and it takes time. I have plenty time, so there are too much thoughts. No contact works! Even multiple times! Especially, with dismissive, avoidant, neglected as children people. It also may show hidden things. The question is why do we need it? The ugly truth after this no contact, I think I am too good for the person who can just sent me towards the opposite direction. I have made lots of excuses for her. Blamed myself. I don't say, you should not try to get back your exes through no contact! You should try! But watch out! If you are a good one, you are don't deserve to be with this person. Either go to consult with someone who knows, who can get the worst fears of both of you, or prepare for the next breakup. I proposed my ex after we reconnected the first time. Even she 'thought' to go by herself, but never did that. I am thankful for your videos, Mr.Brad! I'll try to calm down. Again. Though I am not that reactive at all. I am kind of a Buddha. People who know me, would prove that. But anxiety is killing me. Constant pain in the stomach. And I know what people would say. I can't go to get prescription. It is the reality. I don't know what to do now. She is just recording audio messages and all. And records them constantly. Sometimes more than 3. But now I don't know how to make her call.

Hey Brad! My girlfriend broke up after 3 years relationship, 1,5 of them distance… her reasons were that she misses her family and wants to go back.. She didn‘t even try to find a solution and she ended the relationship. She said she didn‘t want to but she still did it.. i told her i don‘t want friendship.. after 5 days she didn‘t contact me and she was like „i wanted to text you but i didn‘t know how.. I saw her going to a club and told her that it‘s a shame that she goes already to a party.. We were arguing all evening and she said she loves me and loved me like noone else, but she wasn‘t sure what to do.. so we ended it and i deleted her on all apps… after 3 weeks she didn‘t even try to contact me and i am so disappointed of her… she watches my Whatsapp Stories but now i completely stopped posting things… my question is, since she will leave my country and returns back home, what should i do in this short time to get her back or at least make her texting me or not forgetting me? thank you :)

Sorry to hear that, man. Yes, if you two are having a hard time compromising especially something that has to do with physical distance, it's best to give each other time and space. Friendship isn't the best option right now. As to your question, this video may be for you though: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oqjIeamaeMeWfJY Best of luck!
