Customer service is key. One of my old hair mentors would have me keep client cards not only on what I did but more importantly about what we talked about. So when I seen them on the books again I could reference about what they talked about last time whether it was there kids, job, relationship. I'm telling u people 80 percent of this in my 25 year experience is you becoming a friend/therapist.
