Thank you so much for sharing this! I alwayss find yall's discussion inspirational, teaching , and motivational. My husband and I are trying to strengthen our marriage and relationships with God. We are working towards a more Christ centric marriage.. change after all these years and growing up without examples from parents as to what marriage and faith is suppose to look like definitely makes this life change alot more difficult... we learn allt through you both. Thank you for always sharing your story and perspectives

Thank you so much for this. Right now I am the spiritual leader of the household and I know my husband needs to be because that is God’s prescribed order. I do need to pray for my husband daily and pray he seeks God above all else. I need to work on every single one of these 7 things, but I know that, through the Holy Spirit, I will be better at these things. Thank you again for this! This really blessed me!

This was such an important message. Keeping your mind and wellness and attitude in check and not going back and forth temperature example was brillant. Love it. Thank you for all that you do and continue to do. May the Lord bless you both and your family!

so, my husband works, and i homeschool - we have Christian curriculum... so i am essentially involved in the teaching during the day, so the time im involved in doing it is longer, as well as just being here all day with the kids im having to be involved in the kids lives more than my husband is able to - he works long long hours as well... so how would he go about distinguishing HIS leadership when hes not here for very much time? and sometimes hes not here overnight. these arent things that bother either of us, really, but his literally physical presence isnt daily and isnt for very long periods... how would he maybe, make the most of that time to display a leadership in that?

I would say every chance he gets to lead spiritually, he should. the Lord will bless and multiply his efforts. 🙏🙏🙏

the tummy team, honey!! that will definitely help you rebuild your core!! splinting is a great idea too - either a tummy team splint, or a bengkung! :) im so excited for post birth so i can see if i can put my core back together as my body is naturally healing itself from birth! :)

this was great! even if it was long and i had to stop several times. :P ;) awesome. i hope you continue a series on this... like, more on how the husband can start actually doing these things - especially maybe for situations like ours where hes not here very often for very long when he works such long hours - how can he make the best of the time he is here... ? and for the wife, how can we start dropping back, letting him lead where we've been stepping in where we shouldnt... things we should be aware of, ways we are taking his place.. and how to replace those with somehow encouraging our husband to step up in those same places... these are things that someone has to do them, so if its not my place, i cant just drop the ball, without there being some way for it to be replaced by something he does then... right? know what i mean?

husband is head of the wife only if this husband is not emotionally broken or even toxic. that's why I never will join or believe any religion, it is using god's name to seeking their own control. if you are truly spiritual, you should be free from any organization, directly connecting to your inner self and our source, which some people called God. you want to see the traits of spiritual leader? I am one of them. I know I am.
