The (I assume) parents from the Mexican food video was recommended by KZbin, so it did something right. This was a good video but just make a series of them trying new foods, I'll watch every episode happily and they'll get millions of views.

It’s not difficult! I made Jiaozi style dumplings the other day from scratch (quarantine boredom right there). But it’s better if you buy pre-made dough and just focus on the filling.

In the US, whenever you see dumlplings on the menu it is usually jiao zi I’ve found. I always try to find a good bao personally. I think it’s the combo of the sticky steamed buns and the savory pork filing. Mmmm!!!

Aaaah Din Tai Fung opened in South Coast Plaza California and I can’t wait to drive hours to eat it!! It’s so expensive, are dumplings supposed to be expensive? I heard it was a common breakfast food

My favorite is jian bao! But from where I get mine for some reason they pan-fried the bottom circle instead of the top.

Jiao Zi is the best another ver is Wo Tip or least we called that in Cantonese. It's basically pan sizzle Jiao Zi The Tang Yuan we make is bit different lol. Our inside are usually kinda like sugar cube and the rice we used are colorful lol. Usually we eat the ones our mom make for us. It's first used for prayer after that we eat. Mom always say I'm a Year older after eating lol.

The best way to eat those soup dumplings is to just wait until they cool off, and then pop the whole thing in your mouth. If you pop it and eat the soup and wrapper separately, you are kind of defeating the entire purpose of the soup dumpling! Loving your videos, keep it up!
