True on all points. As soon as I spot 'em my emotional walls go up because I know some kind of issue will arise that will be hard to decompress from.

Howdy. I do believe I'm a sigma infj-a. A couple tests online have indicated infj. I'm just recently discovering the sigma part. I thought it was all edge lords and misanthropes! Sigma infj resonates with me though. That is, I'm a self employed dog handler in Brooklyn. I do large pack work with my ex and our 2 dogs. Great life. Very independent, adventuring with dogs all day, challenging in the best way. 3 friends I've known since middle school age I see every few months. And some great clients. Checks a lot of boxes for my sigma-ness. There are a couple things I don't jibe with though (that'd be my contrary nature!). Chief among them, I enjoy small talk. There's still so much going on with body language and circumstance with any talk, and there's an art to drawing more out of someone who is used to small talk. Or to just appreciate the energy that they give you. Sigmas who haven't developed the skill of small talk hate small talk. Or forget it's like any other social skill. Just to clarify, I'm not saying there's anything inaccurate in your commentary, just adding my personal experience as a footnote to the commentary. Thanks for this, I feel very seen and it was a great video 😊
