Guys I have a problem. Basically I have a crush on one of my best friends and I think he might like me back, but I also know that I’m way out of his league. I don’t want to try anything until I KNOW that he likes me back, because I don’t want to ruin our friendship. Basically he keeps offering to teach me things like tap dancing and playing the guitar, and every time he makes a joke or tells a story he seems to look to me first. We also sit next to each other quite a bit, and sometimes our arms touch and he never moves his arm away. Issue is it that he broke up with his girlfriend a week ago, and so I don’t know what is going on. Surely he would still be getting over her before moving into somebody else. The thing was that the break up was really sudden. Like none of us saw it coming. It’s sooooo confusing. If any of you can give me some advice that would be great! xxx

It seems like he likes you.. but don't try anything too soon since he just got out of a relationship. Just be there for him, continue spending time with him. Maybe one day put a little more effort into your appearance and see if he notices -- usually only someone who looks at you really closely will be able to tell this.

Last year freshman year we didn't have any classes together and I started to miss the attention I would get from him. I started developing feeling. I can tell he still liked me because he would get nervous and blush when I was around him. I told his best friend to tell him I liked him but honestly regret it. This year sophemore year I have one class with him math. I can tell he wants to talk to me but doesn't have courage. His best friend is also in that class which makes everything more akward because they are always together . I have a feeling his friends don't like me which is throwing him off. His friends are cool but a little fake. I want to get to know him but how.

@@sashabanks919 Oh wow that does sound really difficult... see with me, I got over him because of the lack of classes we have together, and over the summer we never got in contact so I eventually told myself that it would be better to just move on. But I can see how you can be stuck at this point with your situation. I'm not really the best with love advice, but maybe it might be a good idea to at least try to become friends with his friends first... you did say that you didn't think they liked you so maybe earning their trust would be a good idea (you probably have had that idea but in case you didn't i wrote it anyway lol). I have no idea how you would do that though. That way when you're in class you can say hi to him even when he's with his friend that way it'd be like you're saying hi to both of them...?
