Videos are really great. I would like to know in a single dashboard how to create a different view. To illustrate when employees click it should show one specific sheets others should sheet be automatically hidden. When managers click the excel all the sheets should be viewed how to do this??

I got "promoted" to take care of MTBF in my company and that helps a lot - thank you! What if all options like view only are unavailable? Nobody else is on this workbook while trying to make a change so IDK why I can't pick anything from the Info page/protect. I have the password but maybe it's because I'm not an author of this file?

How do you make it read only (WITHOUT the "edit anyway" button) but users can save their own copy that they can enter values in? I have a sheet that everyone fills in their own data, but I don't want the master template messed with.

I have a colleague that needs to lock cells and protect sheet but when she does it stops her using a hyperlink? she needs to put this into a document that people can hit the link and be able go to fill in certain open cells. Is there any backend benefit/enhanced security by preventing any editing for the entire workbook upon initial entry (file -> passwords -> prevent editing = making it read-only) vs protecting/"locking" all sheets/ workbook from within the file itself (Review Tab -> Protect Workbook/Protect Sheet)? Other than differences in read-only versus locking from a frontend accessibility standpoint (still can unhide arrays in read-only for example), is it more advantageous to use both forms/"layering" of security, or will the locking-features from within a file be enough?
