Here is an idea from me a indie dev: If a player turns blue then they are perma spotted to all tanks including the enemy & receive the stun effect while also being a x2 XP & Credits for doing damage to the blue target so that everyone would gang up to kill them as fast as possible from both teams..

If you want to turn it up a notch even further than that then you can add a badge besides their name that stands as a badge of shame that won't go away for the next 10-50 games depending on how WG would use it.
