similar incident had happened with my daughter. when i questioned the lady teacher in a nursery school. she told me she ll make a police complaint of sexual harassment. I told her it is negligence, they have to keep a 24x7 eye on the children as they do fight. Here, the class teacher should had attended the child immediately.
