This guy shows very similar symptoms to what I suffer, 30 years of lower back pain and neck, no one seems to be able to fix it properly. I live on 3 hours sleep per day if I am lucky, I suffer reflux and tend to be grumpy due to internal pains. I've worked hard my entire life and just put up with the pain until it gets so bad I have to take pain killers, which in turn set off reflux. Never ending cycle! 😔 I am seriously considering making my way halfway around the world to see you...

I think I jinxed myself today. I was binge watching these videos thinking to myself "thank God my back as never been that bad".
