Travelled across europe on flixbus. The buses were great and so were all the journeys I did however the booking experience on their website was horrible.Now that they are here in India I hope they have sorted out their tech problems

Just an another ordinary bus services with good branding. Services are substandard. They claimed washroom inside the bus, blankets, charging ports, water bottles and so on. Except water bottles which was given at 1 in the midnight after the bus was full o as to keep a count on bottles. Stating it as German Brand just spoiling their name. I took the bus from Kashmere gate to katgodham for nainital. I had booked my return and cancelled it.
