I am settled in Bangalore from last 15 years , buying a row house it's not worth spending crores simply because it got common wall ... And you have no clue about the quality of construction ...after searching and seen enough of villas, row house one thing I realised it's not worth to spend crores..3 years before we have booked plot from a A category builder with all the premium amenities for 1200 square feet it costed around 50 lakhs in pre launch price and the g+2 construction and prettymuch premium interior coated another 70 lakhs . Bangalore is a place you can get the same stuff for 10rs or 100 rs .. it's totally upto you..All I am saying is if it's your hard earn money spend wisely..

Obviously if you have an aspiration for a certain lifestyle via interior decorators - 70L is not a huge amount. Every designer when they provide you with products, they are sourcing it - their margins are also within that price because they are rightfully doing all the hard work to manifest your dreams in this case. If you find the budget too high - then you should have have only gone for the basic structures in place and finished the look/trims/furniture yourself. That way your personality would also show through your home.
