There's lots of "nay sayers" regarding Disco, but I always tell them that "You had to have been there. It was phenomenal!!!", and it was!! Such great dancing music and energy surrounding it. I remember going to the discos in California and they all had killer lights and speaker systems. Then......THEN.....they'd put poppers in the fog machines and things would really get ramped up and the beat would go on and on and on and on. It, truly, was a unique time, with unique energy. We were a lucky generation!!!
